Using my elite cropping and resizing skills in Photoshop I have created these buddy icons/avatars for everybody! I know, I know, they're kinda lame BUT nothing with Jim on it could ever be that lame. Also, give me a break! (If anyone has a load of free time and wants to donate any I'll gladly put them up there and credit you!) Also, I know a lot of people are cranky about hotlinking but I don't give a shit!! Hotlink away you crazy hotlinking mofo you!
